Everything that you see here is based on my own journey towards health and well-being. I have to read a lot of textbooks and medical journals to find relevant information. I also read books by authors who have found natural solutions to their problems. So any solutions I recommend are based on my own experiences and literature reviews. 

Some of the techniques and tools are surprising. For example, using positive affirmations and creative visualization. Some might scoff at the idea that these might help anyone. Some might argue that the techniques have no scientific basis. I say "the proof of the pudding is in the mouth". Most importantly, the tools have no side effects.
